Andy Hinson, CRNP, originally from Jackson, AL, relocated to Cullman in 1986 after receiving his master’s in nursing from the University of Alabama Huntsville. After receiving his degree as a Nurse Practitioner, he joined our team and dedicated his career to pain management. He has continued to treat patients in Cullman and surrounding areas and has deep roots in the community. With our patient needs expanding, Andy has once again joined Nesbitt Pain Associates to serve the Cullman community, which he loves.
Andy and his wife, Sarah, have three children and three grandchildren. Outside of work, he enjoys sports (particularly Auburn basketball), reading and swimming. He is a devoted husband and friend to many.
Andy will be seeing patients for medication management at our Cullman office, which is now open five days a week. He is also available to see back pain patients and perform comprehensive evaluations including ordering MRI or CT imaging, coordinating physical therapy and assessing patients who may benefit from nerve/pain block or possible surgery.
